3.1. Unique identifier (ID)

When you first use the app, a unique identifier is generated automatically and used to establish connections. This ID is not linked to personal data and is used solely for technical call routing.

3.2. Technical information

To provide the service, we may temporarily process the following technical information:

  • IP address (used only to establish P2P connections and not stored)
  • Device type and operating system (for compatibility)
  • Connection information (to improve call quality)

3.3. Information we do NOT collect

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • First and last names
  • Call content
  • Call history
  • Contacts list
  • Geolocation

4. How we use information

We use processed information exclusively to:

  • Establish P2P connections between users
  • Maintain technical operation of the service
  • Improve call quality
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse

5. Storage and protection

We apply modern security measures to protect information. Technical data necessary to establish a connection is processed in memory and is not stored persistently.

Thanks to P2P (peer-to-peer) technology, your calls are made directly between devices, bypassing our servers, which provides maximum confidentiality.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties. Exceptions may apply only when:

  • Required by law (court order or lawful requests)
  • Needed to protect our rights, user safety, or public safety

7. Cookies and analytics

We may use a minimal set of technical cookies to ensure the web version works. We do not use cookies to track users or build user profiles.

You have the right to:

  • Know what information about you is processed
  • Request deletion of your unique ID (by removing the app)
  • Stop using the service at any time
