1. Introduction

ONLYAPPS d.o.o (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the ID Caller service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

ID Caller is built with a focus on maximum privacy and user anonymity. We aim to minimize the collection of personal data and ensure strong confidentiality of your communications.

2. Privacy principles

Our service is based on the following principles:

• Data minimization: We collect only what is strictly necessary for the service to work.
• Anonymity: We do not require or collect phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal identifiers.
• Direct P2P connection: Calls are established directly between devices without intermediary servers.
• No storage: We do not store the content of your calls, your contacts, or call history.

3. Information we process

3.1. What we store on our servers

Our servers store exactly four kinds of pseudonymous data — and nothing else:

• Your unique identifier (ID), generated on your device on first launch
• The public key of your device, used to authenticate your ID (the private key never leaves your device)
• A push notification token, required to deliver incoming calls to your device
• Links between IDs — the mutual-consent records that determine who is allowed to call whom

None of these are tied to your name, phone number, or any other personal data. Links are deleted permanently when either side removes the contact. If an ID stays inactive for 12 months, it is deleted automatically together with all of its links and tokens.

3.2. Technical information

To provide the service, we may temporarily process the following technical information:

• IP address — used only to establish connections and not stored. Note: with direct P2P calls your IP address is, by the nature of peer-to-peer technology, visible to the person you are talking to
• Device type and operating system (for compatibility)
• Connection information (to improve call quality)

3.3. Information we do NOT collect

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• First and last names
• Call content
• Call history (kept only locally on your device)
• Contact names (kept only locally on your device)
• Geolocation

4. How we use information

We use processed information exclusively to:

• Establish P2P connections between users
• Maintain technical operation of the service
• Improve call quality
• Ensure security and prevent abuse

5. Storage and protection

We apply modern security measures to protect information. Technical data necessary to establish a connection is processed in memory and is not stored persistently.

Thanks to P2P (peer-to-peer) technology, your calls are made directly between devices and are always encrypted (DTLS-SRTP). On some networks a call may pass through our relay server (TURN) — in that case the relay forwards only encrypted packets and has no access to the content of the call.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties. Exceptions may apply only when:

• Required by law (court order or lawful requests)
• Needed to protect our rights, user safety, or public safety

7. Cookies and analytics

We may use a minimal set of technical cookies to ensure the web version works. We do not use cookies to track users or build user profiles.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know what information about you is processed
• Request deletion of your unique ID (by removing the app)
• Stop using the service at any time

9. Children

Our service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by publishing a new version on our website. The “Last updated” date is shown at the top of this document.
